Complete setup and breakdown of your event, including arranging tables, chairs, and decor elements. We will ensure everything is beautifully set up and in place for your event and will handle the packing up and clearing away after the celebration.

I’ll create a fully customized wedding day timeline based on your unique plans, vendors, and venue details. Then, on your wedding day, I’ll be onsite for up to 5 hours to manage the schedule, cue vendors and the wedding party, and keep everything running smoothly. Perfect for couples who have the planning handled but want expert support to ensure their day flows flawlessly from start to finish.
Event Setup

Wedding setup involves arranging chairs, tables, linens, and any décor you provide, such as floral arrangements, candles, and signage. We also coordinate the setup of your ceremony and reception spaces, including the altar, aisle decor, and reception layout. Additionally, we manage vendor deliveries, ensuring everything from the cake to the sound system is in place and ready.

Wedding event breakdown involves carefully disassembling and packing up all décor, furniture, and items at the end of the celebration. This includes clearing tables, collecting floral arrangements, and ensuring rentals are returned. We also manage vendor pick-ups and handle the coordination of any last-minute details to leave the venue clean and organized.

This service includes coordinating with the venue and catering team, managing the timeline, and ensuring a smooth flow of events so the couple and their guests can enjoy a stress-free meal together. Whether it’s a casual brunch or an elegant lunch, every detail is handled, allowing the newlyweds to savor time with loved ones before concluding their wedding celebrations.

Deposit
To secure your event, a 25% down payment is required at booking to reserve your date and services.
Payment Plans
For your convenience, A Vision & A Vow offers the following payment plans:
3 months with 5% finance fee
6 months with 8% finance fee
The full balance is due one week before the wedding if not using a payment plan.
Please note that all à la carte services are not eligible for payment plans.
Military & First Responder Discount
We are proud to offer 10% off for all first responders (police, firefighters, and EMTs,) and military personnel with verification of service.
