  • I calculate my travel fees at a rate of $0.65 per mile from my base location in Grapevine, TX. I typically add travel fees if the venue is more than 30 minutes away from Grapevine. For events within this 30-minute radius, travel is included at no extra cost. If overnight accommodation is necessary, additional costs may apply. I’m always transparent about these fees upfront, so there are no surprises. Feel free to reach out for a custom quote based on your specific location!

  • At the moment, I don't have a preferred vendor list as I'm still growing in the industry. However, I do have a general vendor list of trusted professionals who align with my values and standards. As I continue to build relationships in the wedding and event industry, I’ll be expanding my list to include vendors I personally recommend. My goal is always to connect you with the best, no matter who that may be!

  • Yes, I offer flexible payment plans to make it easier for you to budget for your dream wedding. You can choose from a 3-month or a 6-month payment plan. Please note that the 3-month plan includes a 5% financing fee, while the 6-month plan has an 8% financing fee. These options give you the flexibility to pay at your own pace while still securing your spot with A Vision and A Vow LLC.
