Meet Railen!

Hi, I’m Rachelle Ailen (I prefer to go by Railen) and I’m the founder of A Vision & A Vow. I’m a passionate Filipina-American wedding planner dedicated to helping couples create weddings that reflect their unique love stories. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I’m best known for my attention to detail and my ability to make wedding planning feel seamless and stress-free.

At 24 years old, I have a strong foundation in business and management. I hold an MBA in Management from Texas A&M International University and a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University in College Station. I work full-time as a Category Manager for a military broker in Dallas, TX, balancing my corporate career with my passion for wedding planning. My education and experience in business strategy, combined with my natural talent for planning, ensure that every wedding I take on is expertly coordinated and thoughtfully executed.

What makes my approach to wedding planning so special is my personal experience. Recently married in November, I planned my entire wedding alone while my husband was deployed for six months. This experience gives me a unique understanding of the challenges that couples face, especially those planning weddings without the full support of a partner. I’m passionate about taking the stress out of the process, making it as enjoyable as possible for every bride and groom.

Living in the DFW area with my husband, our chihuahua Mojo, and two cats, I’m deeply connected to my faith, family, and culture. As a devout Christian, I believe in the sacred beauty of marriage and work tirelessly to create wedding celebrations that are meaningful, unforgettable, and full of love.

My love for travel means I’m willing to work with couples across the state of Texas—from Austin and Houston to San Antonio and the Hill Country—to help bring their wedding visions to life.

When I’m not planning weddings, I enjoy singing at events, working out, hiking, and reading. My personal interests help me maintain balance in life, allowing me to bring fresh energy and creativity to each couple’s big day.
